Therefore we are happy to announce a relationship with The Response Companies, a recruiting and advisory services firm to assist our Iona alumni/ae with career guidance.

Annette McLaughlin, Director of HR and Learning Development for The Response Companies, will provide services including;
counseling/advising;
coaching;
networking;
education;
assessment;
job search; and
placement to alumni/ae in need.

Annette McLaughlin is uniquely prepared to assist our alumni/ae and has 22 years of experience working with job explorers/searchers. She has a Masters of Business of Administration in Personnel and Employee Relations from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor's Degree from University of North Carolina.
